Ordering
The ordering process has been streamlined to make the payment process as simple as possible
Here are the simple steps to submit an order:
- Simply browse our website for products to find the product(s) you want to order.
- Click "Add to Cart" to add product(s) to you cart. You are then asked to continue shopping or checkout.
- At anytime during your online shopping experience you can click on the checkout icon in the top right hand corner to proceed with the checkout process.
- Review your order and make any changes if necessary.
- Select a freight delivery method.
- If you are a previous member, you are asked to login. For new customers, you will be required to enter your full billing and address details and optionally generate a membership account.
- Optional - subscribe to our monthly newsletters.
- Choose one of our 4 accepted payment methods:-
- Online Ordering using our secure payment system to process credit cards. We accept the following cards:-

- Mastercard
- Diners Club

- Fax
- Direct Deposit
- Flexiway - rent your bike!
- Review our "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Statement"
- Verify your order once more and pay particular attention to the freight charges.
- Submit your order!
- You will be sent an invoice and our Sales Department will keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Direct Delivery from a Bicycle Store Representative

Freight Charges via External Courier/Australia Post

The cost of freight is not accurately calculated until after submitting your shipping address details on the "Login" tab during the checkout process.
We recommend that you verify the freight charge is acceptable.
For deliveries to remote regional areas, an additional freight charge of up to AUD$30.00 maybe incurred. If applicable, you shall be contacted after you have submitted your order. |
Method of Calculating Freight
Freight for 1 item = "first item in cart" rate of the products' freight type
Freight for 2 or more items = Review the products in your shopping cart. The heaviest/bulkiest (i.e. most expensive to freight) item in your cart will be charged at the "first item in cart" rate. Thereafter, all other products will be charged at the "extra item(s)" rate applicable to the each products' freight type.

Delivery
- We deliver to all states and territories in Australia. In addition, we
also deliver accessories items (i.e. not bicycles) to the following countries:
- New Zealand (NZ)
- United States of America (USA)
- Great Britain (GBR)
- All products are delivered using our preferred couriers.
- Allow 1 - 4 working days for delivery of accessories and/or bikes.
- Some items may take longer - subject to stock levels and availability.
- All bicycles are freight insured up to the value of $1000. Accessories are
not insured unless requested.
- Registered post used.
