The Ballistic Bibs are a Proline fitted garment with a 220g Ballistic Lycra® – giving you a very snug compression fit. Compression garments enhance the overall circulation of blood and decrease muscle oscillation (unnecessary swinging and movement of the muscles) to promote a lower energy expenditure at a given prolonged submaximal speed. Put simply, compression bibs make your muscles work more efficiently – expending less energy to do a given amount of work.

Netti’s Ballistic Bibs use the latest Resistex Carbon fibre technology through strategically shaped side panels. Properties of this revolutionary Carbon yarn include providing an antistatic-dissipative effect, reducing body temperate during prolonged exercise, reducing the build-up of lactic acid, and providing anti-bacterial protection. 

For padded protection, the Netti Ballistic Bibs include the most advanced Carbon fibre chamois, providing both extreme comfort and antimicrobial protection which stops bacteria growing, keeping the chamois fresh and preventing material breakdown. This chamois stretches in all directions, allowing your legs to move freely and doesn’t restrict outwards movement, necessary in many cycling situations.

To finish off, the Bib section of the garment is again a perspiration-wicking mesh, meaning simply that the fabric draws the sweat away from your skin to the fabric’s outer layer, where it can evaporate quickly into the atmosphere and keep you free from the clammy sensation many inferior garments give.
