Returns & Exchange

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded in the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Refunds and exchanges can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do. We do however on rare occasions, make exceptions under special circumstances under discretion of management.

Requesting an Exchange

Please choose carefully, we are under no obligation to exchange goods if you have selected the wrong size, any exchanges are at the discretion of management. No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement, all returns must be accompanied with a Return Number which is issued upon management approval. Please be aware when requesting an exchange that you must pay all freight costs, this includes the cost to re-ship the exchanged item to you. All returned items must be in the original, undamaged packaging, any item not in original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

Damaged Goods on Delivery

Customers please check the packaging of your order when it is delivered for damage, if the packaging is damaged make sure that you write this on the freight companies delivery note and notify us immediately if the contents are damaged in anyway.
