Returns are hassle free at The Bicycle Store
Easy: Post the item back to us with a copy of your invoice with the new size/item required clearly written on the invoice. We shall post back the new item free of charge.
No problems: Simply post the item/s back to us with a copy of your invoice & your instructions on how to proceed.
We accept all returns up to 365 days as long as they are in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Clearance items cannot be refunded. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or an online store credit for the amount.
All Items returned within 30 days of purchase can be issued a refund, exchange or online store credit for the returned item amount plus the cost of the return postage!
All items returned within 31 - 365 days can be exchanged or a store credit issued for the invoiced amount only.

**All returned products must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached. We are unable to accept returns for goods that have been marked or damaged or with packaging that is torn, broken and not in original perfect condition.
* TBS will reimbures standard postage costs where necessary - NOT EXPRESS POST COSTS.
Warranties cover any fault or defect as a result of the manufacturing process.
