Sport Psychology for Cyclists is a complete mental coaching program for serious and competitive cyclists written by internationally renowned sport pschologist, Dr Saul Miller and co-authored by a world-class cyclist Peggy Maass Hill. The coaching and sport psychology sessions of a cycling team's training program are decribed over eight weeks. The sessions cover the elements of mental training for optimal cycling - the first five describing a variety of tools that the cyclist can use to enhance their cycling experience.
