Shipping Policies on Boxed Bicycles

Several bicycle manufacturer's and local suppliers have directed that we cannot ship bicycles to regions where we are unable to deliver them fully assembled.

If you are outside the Sydney Metropolitan, Central Coast or Newcastle Regions restrictions will apply on certain brands for online purchase. We will only deliver bicycles fully assembled within the fore-mentioned regions, you are however able to select an alternative bicycle from another manufacturer which is not on our restricted list.

All bicycles are pre-assembled and adjusted prior to delivery to ensure product safety, component longevity and customer satisfaction.

The following bicycles are restricted for online purchase if you are outside the delivery area.

Felt, Electra, Fuji, Marin, Verde, Tern

This restriction is limited to Bicycles only and does not apply to bike parts, accessories or cycling clothing which we ship both nationally and internationally.
