We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.

Because of the high volume of orders we’re processing, it can occasionally be tricky to catch your order before it’s dispatched. If we can locate it in time, we’ll always do our best to help.

If your order is successfully cancelled:

• Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 2.5% * (merchant fee) plus $19.90 (re-stock and administration fee) if a refund is required.

• If a store credit is required no cancellation fee will be charged.

Just a note: the 2.5% merchant fee is charged on all PayPal, Credit Card, and Afterpay transactions. This fee is non-refundable and helps us recover the costs we’re charged by these payment providers.
