What does my order status mean?

We know order updates can sometimes be a little confusing, so here’s a quick guide to what each status means and what you can expect next:

Pending: We haven’t received or processed your payment yet.
• PayPal/Credit Card/Afterpay: Updates within 1 hour.
• Bank Transfer: Updates within 1–2 business days.

Processing: We’re preparing your order. Updates will be available within 1 business day.

Packing State: Your order is being processed and packed. Updates will be available within 24–48 hours.

Awaiting Shipment: Your order is being prepared and processed by our team. Most items ship immediately, but if stock runs low, restocking usually takes 1–4 business days. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Out of Stock: One or more items in your order are not available. We’ll contact you within 1 business day to offer alternatives.

Complete: Your order has shipped and left our warehouse! You’ll receive a tracking email (late afternoon). Tracking details will be live on the Australia Post site within 1–2 business days (once it has been scanned by Aus Post).
