Once we’ve received your payment, you’ll get a series of emails to keep you updated on your order status.

• Order processing: Orders are processed at 7:00am on business days (Monday–Friday) and are usually dispatched the same day or within 1–4 working days.

• Estimated delivery times:
  • Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro & VIC regional: 1–3 working days after your Shipped email
  • NSW, SA, TAS, ACT & NT: 2–5 working days
  • Regional QLD, WA & remote areas: 4–7 working days

• Carriers used: We ship with Australia Post eParcel for most orders. Bulky items are shipped via Direct Freight Couriers.
