My item is damaged. What is your warranty policy?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your product. We’re here to help get it sorted for you.

Warranties cover faults or defects that occur as a result of the manufacturing process. They don’t cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or items that have been marked, damaged, used, worn, or returned without their original, undamaged packaging.

Because warranty terms can differ depending on the brand or product, please check the specific product details. Some items, such as bike frames, bikes, and trainers, may also come with extended warranty periods.

If you believe your product is faulty:

  1. Please email us at [email protected] with details of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.

  3. If applicable, include any other supporting information.

Once we receive your details, we’ll lodge the warranty claim on your behalf and keep you updated every step of the way. If the product is still under warranty, the repair or replacement will be covered at no cost to you.

Please note: unless pre-approved, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
